Barrabas is a Spanish musical group that achieved great success in the 1970s and 1980s, and was led by drummer Fernando Arbex. The group's music was initially Latin Rock with Jazz and Funk influences, and later shifted towards Disco music.

Arbex formed Barrabas in 1971, and the following year in 1972, their debut album titled “Barrabas” was released. It included 'Wild Safari', which was a huge success in several countries in both Europe and the Americas, including the United States and Canada. To celebrate the 50th anniversary of this single, here is a new remix to breathe new life into a classic of dance floors around the world.
